  1. I'm first??? I can't believe it!

Well done, Doug! I think you need to put this puppy to music now.

    We ♥ Tom!

  2. It's really cool that you're doing these blogger buddy tributes, Doug, and really impressive that you can find unique formats for each.

That said, I never would have pegged Tom as the one you'd be delivering poetic prose to. Maybe this explains why Tom casts you as buff and partially in the buff in his animations. Hmmm...

AP3's right, we do heart Tom! And the buff poet too. :P

  6. Buckeye... got me nothing at the moment but it reminds me of buckwheat which reminds me of a great Buckwheat Bake I make and so now I am hungry....

  7. Like Alice, football came to mind with the word Buckeye.

Buckeye: The nut the Nittany Lion likes to crack.

  9. Thanks, Aral. Tom is widely and rightly hearted.

I'll be darned. Is the blue girl in the pink shoes gay-baiting me? Oh no you didn't.

    Karma, it's kind of gory.

Haha, Actonbell. Thanks. You may be to sincere for verifiers.

    Water, alice?

Mireille, that's so good. He is that.

Have supper, Miz B. Can I have ribs?

Thanks, Dddragon. I wonder if the other buckeye's will stand up to the Pennsylvanians.

Haha, thanks for finishing that most germane and incisive thought.

  10. Nice and well done...thoug I feel that crime and same do not rhyme ;)
But alas, Tom will like this one. He has been really scary lately with chopped off bunny heads and stuff. very frightening things indeed. I always visit his page by daylight.
    Buckeye...no clue.
    Buckwheat...one of Hagrid´s animals :)

  11. Wonderful tribute for Tom...if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have met any of this clan. He and Icy were the first to make friends.

  12. Oh look!
    He's a poet.
And Tom, our favorite buckeye is in the spotlight, how fun is that?
    Loved it!

  13. Monika, Crime is supposed to rhyme with grime. For some reason unknown to the author, he decided the third lines should rhyme between verses. He doesn't know much about poetry, to be honest.

I didn't know that still life, but it was Tom who brought most of this clan together in the first place so I'm not surprised.

    Thanks, Ariella.

  16. Well done. Terrible Tom. If I were younger, I'd be afraid to look under my bed.

  17. Monika, on the other hand, trauma doesn't really rhyme with pandora. Alas.

Thanks TLP, I'm glad you're back.

Fred, you gotta hide the bodies somewhere.

  18. You mean that wasn't really ALL you in those graphics that Tom made? I'm shocked!
I think Tom is terribly brilliant!
Ohio should be proud... and a little scared too.

Nice poem. I also noticed the interesting stanza form. I love what Tom's dog, Dusty, does to The Pansi Files characters.

Hey, DDD! Happiness is NOT crushed Buckeye nuts!
