Overdose
Overdose, n. The fatal dose of medicine when administered by any other than a physician.

Your def is on the mark. In America it ain't too much until Belushi keels over. Then we all bow our heads in very brief atonement. Well, you know, you get hungry from all that community remorse. Say, are there any Munchkins left? Just not the powder ones, they get all over my jeans.
