Blank-verse
BLANK-VERSE, n. Unrhymed iambic pentameters — the most difficult kind of English verse to write acceptably; a kind, therefore, much affected by those who cannot acceptably write any kind.

Blank-Verse: Without rhyme and often without reason.
Here's my blank-verse offering:
Chocolate, so good and sweet. It is my weakness. The Steelers won By the skin of their teeth. I would be willing To eat a whalligator Dipped in chocolate. Or even a basilisk. It is raining. Not cats and dogs or even chocolate. Just water. Selah.
Be it syllabic, accentual, quantitative, or syllabic-accentual debilitative, Be it in iambs or strophes or dactyls or spontaneous Pyrrhic dithyrambs, In feet, or hobbling spondaically Only a troll Trochaic Would resort to rhyme archaic.
Blank-verse....writer's block.
