LOL TLP!!! That's a hilarious image. But I'd suggest Tom Waits. That man doesn't even have to undress to give the impression that he has no clothes on.
“Did you see that man? He looks like his soul fermented and oozed out of his chin. Was he even wearing pants?” GENIUS! And Aqualung is certainly the perfect individual to portray this sentence.
