  3. Due to grouchiness and languor, we will read your post tomorrow upon our return from Bodega Bay. Happy Birthday John Lennon.

  4. Yeah, sorry blogmama.

Enjoy Bodega Bay, Terry and Bear, and bring me back some chorizo and a bottle of Limón Jarritos, please.

  5. Good afternoon to you!

I have two confessions to make:

    1. I have not even read last week's chapter yet.

    2. I am watching a football game.

Also, I'm drinking a Blood Mary with spicy V-8 juice.

  6. Another confession: misspelling.

    *Bloody* Mary

  7. Very good episode! Love the vivid description.

I think Robin Williams can do the old released prisoner in the upcoming movie. He does dazed and crazed well. And you did a great job with his voice.

  8. LOL TLP!!! That's a hilarious image. But I'd suggest Tom Waits. That man doesn't even have to undress to give the impression that he has no clothes on.

  9. LOL Ariel !!! Don't give away the chapter plot before I've had a chance to read it!

  10. Nope, Gretchen. The hogs who raised her should be very proud.

Karen, the bad spelling suggests you enjoyed both. Good job. 'Skins-Packers was kind of a corker.

    Thanks, TLP. Maybe Eric Idle?

Ariel, you win. Of course Tom Waits.

Karen, you could check the comments after.

  11. “Did you see that
man? He looks like his soul fermented and oozed out of his chin. Was he even
    wearing pants?”
GENIUS! And Aqualung is certainly the perfect individual to portray this sentence.

  12. @Karen, it would not have surprised me if it were a Blood Mary. I know altogether too many vampires!

  13. @tempestletrope Are you saying that Mathias and Theressa Jakshitz, The Crappy Times Undead of the Month, are Vampires?

  14. Karen: I'm not one to spread rumors, but if the fact that they were at Ugly Grace's ordering Blood Marys is any indication, then, well...possibly.
