Doug and I have an important announcement to make. Despite our significant political differences, our totally disparate ways of looking at the world, the many ways we're totally incompatible, and how he really makes me mad sometimes with that conservative thing he does ... WE'RE MOVING IN TOGETHER!!! Please be happy for us!! xoxo

Rabbit, rabbit!

Good one Mireille! Do we not Rabbit, Rabbit on April Fools? With good reason, I'd like a little extra luck :)

oh Dog....
through the powers of
deductive reasoning,
i'm still trying to figure out
which running shoe is yours
over at Terry's place.
even tho' i'm a big fan
of leaving things to
one's imagination,
i am nevertheless thankful of
having received even a small glimpse
of your hamburgers,
hot Dogs,
and lamb,
and Rabbit, Rabbit...

piece de reason(er): outstanding commentary by Harry.

yanno... if you plug your nose while saying the word, you can pretend to be in paris!

Lapin, lapin. Which is what Cooper would do to me if we were ever to try to run at the same time and in the same location.

REASON, v. i. Boy no. 2 (or 3, etc.). The cultural implications of the absence of the word REDAUGHTER from the language do not make for pleasant contemplation.

Mireille you scared the beejeebees outta me! Good one.

I'm too tired for some reason to do more than say Rabbit Rabbit.

Congratulations to Mireille and Doug! Even if you'd said nothing, Mireille, we'd have figured out before too long because normally Doug doesn't wear a different parfume every day.

Rabbit, rabbit!

Reason, what comes last.

Weirsdo, I miss prose.

Mireille, you had me going. In fact, I put in a change of address form. Do you mind keeping the bills current until I can get it all straightened out?

G, we do if we think of it.

JJ, I'm the cardinal point East.

Rabbit, rabbit, Kyah.

Sauerkraut, I hold my nose when I'm not pretending, too.

Amoeba, to overpopulate?

Rest up, TLP. In fact, really today you should get the day off and breakfast in bed.

Quilly, they don't mean the same?

Well done, Bear.

Terry, could it be?

Doug said...

Ariel, that was funny.

The reason I'm here is to say, "Rabbit, rabbit!"

Good fun, Mireille!!!

Doug, you really DO some of what a hick boy's rite of passage into adulthood entails! They also much swallow an entire pack of Skoal without puking.

Reason: an excuse for doing something stupid that I'm not going to accept anyway, so why give it at all?

Have a REASONably good day, Doug.
Rabbit, Rabbit and all that jazz!

actonbell said...

LOL, Mireille:) I wonder if your dogs would hit if off, too.

There must be a reason for April Fool's day. Perhaps I'll google it, or maybe not.
Rabbit, rabbit!!

Hi Doug -- Jim Googled before he read all these brilliant comments.

For me, I see no REASON for all the hoop-la about a mere RABBIT or TWO.

Rabbit rabbit, Reverend Sis.

Excuse me, J.D., but the unit of snuff is "tin" not pack. The adjective is HITONIOUS.

Actonbell, I looked it up on Wikipedia before realizing that that particular entry is twice unreliable.

Adi, my beagle sees hope in every rabbit.

OE, I bet secret agents buy their butts in bulk.

I heard it through the grapevine, boy.

Surely you meant to stalk the wild for rationale.
