Litigant, adj. A little gaunt, generally from stress and/or unneccesary justice.

Oh...and I finally updated.

Bierce's definition for Litigation is a riot! I can't wait to see your twist if you ever get around to posting that one.

Gabriel, great definition. Unnecessary justice is just a great turn of phrase.

Manjusha, I hate disappoint, but that's it.

I'm still upset over yesterday when Ambrose threw a rock to kill a dog. That's litigable from my view!

Frankly, I think that in this case Ambrose can't be beaten. (But maybe he should be for throwing that rock. I dunno.)

Not to be confused with the urban slang for what's going on / happening / up.

"Yo! Sup Doug, what's litigaten'?"

Gnat, that is fantastic.

Icy, it wasn't Bierce it was a doctor. Bite a doctor. You'll feel better.

Tan Lucy, I agree and Manjusha's right. Litigation's a great one. Stay tuned.

Sar, you are correct. I don't think that's a reference to Bierce. Maybe Twain.

Sreekesh, just please don't show up in your pajamas and a captain's coat.

My feeble attempt, and I know it's somewhat limited:

One of a pair of gamblers with the dice of misfortune and ambition. As in all gambling, the house always wins.
