Reform
Reform, n. A campaign transparency, which is laid aside as soon as it has served its purpose.

Gabriel, my experience is more the simulation of redesigning or recreating.
Sar, that's a great quote. If he wrote it today, he'd be defining "empowerment."
Ruben, yes, but without the rigor, accuracy, scope or usefulness. I prefer it, actually.

Sreekesh, because the whole political basis of reform is that you care for the reformed by supporting the reformer. Just a little bit of extra cynicism from a frustrated reformer.
