The Reformation of Wolfshausen

Teil Acht-und-Fünfzig
"Again he said unto me, prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, 'ye dry bones hear the word of the LORD.'"-Ezekiel 37:4 (Click at right to listen)

Or, read in peace in the catacombs of Cuzco.

The story so far is here.

I'm thrilled that
"The storm faded overnight
and in the morning,
a beam of sunlight levered open
one eyelid on Vater Karl’s face."

I'm intoxicated from
the "Wildflower perfume
[which] managed to overcome
damp hay and dead mice
in the old man’s nose."

It was so much more than wonderful.

The thought of
"Jeremiah with a piglet on his head
like a helmet and a small sow
in his arms like a sword"
will fill every remaining minute
of this weekend with
such enjoyment
that I'll watch ...

(with a "bright smile")

tomorrow's Winter Olympics
games live from
Vancouver, British Columbia.

Nessa, I don't even know my own strength when it comes to macabre adventure.

Enjoy the olympics, Karen. The biathlon was pretty cool for five minutes or so.

TLP, that lower picture is from the catacombs of the old mission in Cuzco, Peru. A memory from my adventurous youth that came into the story.

Thanks, Coop.

Thank you, TLP. I hope you and Dick had a good one. Valentine's Day, I mean.

Bonelace! That's a great word, Ariel. Did you invent it?

Bless bless, George. Enjoy your visit.
