Morrow
MORROW, n. The day of good deeds and a reformed life. The beginning of happiness. (See TO-MORROW when we get to it.)
MORROW, n. The day after the day, i.e. "the morrow", as the great bard Willie has it.
There is only one day, and only one morrow, but humanity, in its hopefulness and, it must be said, greed, keeps hoping for a second swipe at it. Thus, we refer to TWO-DAY and TWO-MORROW.
On the morrow, there will be free beer at Bet's Famous Fish Fry here in Boothbay. It's wicked good ... and they've actually made enough money to move out of the trailer.
Doug, the only reason I can think of why you choose nothing else but that date as your definiton is this statement of the biography of the 104 + 1/2 year old man: "At the age of 75 his thoughts turned to marriage."
I also confess to have a small crush on Rob Morrow from Numb3rs. I had one on him when he was on Northern Exposure but more so now that he carries a gun.

second...the word "motel" was 1st coined in 1925, with the naming of the Motel Inn of San Luis Obispo. (the locale of my *ahem* first motel is none of your business, tho' it may have been nearby...)
