The Unionville Chronicles
Eleventh Canto
This week's performance is by our old friend, G. Thanks, G! To listen, click on the wolf disdaining sour grapes.
Sound is not working on this laptop, but I'm sure the reading is grand.
I'm thinking that Wolf is the cool one and Coyote is scatterbrained. Will Wolf take the challenge and seek revenge?? Only next weekend's reading will tell...
Wow, finally I can come listen to the reading. Well actually just to enjoy the last line again myself. Thanks everyone and thanks, Doug for having me join in on these wonderful readings.

Excellent! Both the writing and the reading.
If it's chocolate stuck in the fur, well, ya know I'd have to eat it. And chocolate comes in many forms. So....
Great job G! And we LOVE the picture of Walela! Woof!
Writer and reader: *applause!* And Coyote's pitch went heeded and unheeded? xoxo

Well done, Doug.
Walela on asphalt? Someone SHOULD listen to Coyote! :-P
G, I loved how you did the last line. My favourite line!
Nope, TLP. Piñon pitch and burnt sage.
Walela, you can tell she's been reading Aesop, can't you. Woof!
Seems to have been heard and unherded, M.
Thanks, JD. We'll see.
Ariel, you're right!
i always feel bad
for the undercoyote.
ps pretty Walela,
so soft and well cared for...
awww... I love the Walela, I want one.
Standing ovation, and the last line, in both forms, was awesome.

Doug and G you make a great duo. The last line was choice both written and read, even so, Walela outshines you both.
JJ, Coyote deserves to win one, doesn't he? Yeah, Lela's a pretty girl and is her own caretaker.
Thanks, A-bell. I told her she was being called beautiful so she stayed on the couch.
Thanks, Cooper. Walelas are obtained by living in the southern woods and having air conditioning and a beagle for bait.
G, it was surely my pleasure. Thank you.
Quilly, I've accepted that. At least she isn't a peafowl.
Thanks Quilly. Yes, Walela is tough to compete with, that's for sure.
