Tim and Doug join the military, briefly.
Salute the pilot to hear the story.
Salute the copilot to read the story.
This will be cross-posted at the new story site Doug Drones On where I'd love to post your stories as well.
For my friends who offered suggestions last week, I'd love to hear if this is moving in the right direction and whether you have any more. Tan Lucy, I think I found the right key for me to sing in.

Spy. v. an activity one does with their preschool children (i.e. Where's Waldo? etc.)
I knew it! Kiddie A is Valerie Plame! Wait, was I not supposed to tell anyone?
I like this concept nice going.
Spy.......Not sure but when it becomes a verb and your boyfriend does it to you it's time to wish him the best and send him on his way.
So that's Tim. Looks like he has a happy disposition. Is that Nancy behind him?
Alice, thanks for the kind words. So, what did he see?
Thanks, Tom. Tim's a great guy who was born to minister and kind of detoured riding herd with me. As you can see, what had been lost is now found. That's his wife, Synje, in the background. Tim's not related to Mike and Nancy, although he did officiate at Mike's wedding. Maybe he's Nancy's pastor-in-law.
I enjoy the variety this brings to your blog, and I am working on contributing. I now have the QTpro, and have calmed Dr. Weirsdo back down, so I will tackle the rest of the technical stuff soon.
Good story.
i downloaded and then the file went into the dark recesses of my c drive and i could not locate it. help please!
You chickened out!
The perfect spy: James Bond
The perfect James Bond: Roger Moore
Weirsdo, I'm glad you like it and look forward to your production.
Karma, help is coming on a white horse.
Jamie Dawn! I love that comment!
Thanks, Actonbell. I was really unsure of this but it is fun. I'm glad you're enjoying it.
A rogue cowboy, huh? Normally I reserve that title for dubya. Hopefully the similarities stop there!
Really loving the stories, btw! :)
Story: Much better than last time and last time was good. I like the fact that you now hear ah...annnd...hmmms and sounds like these.
When you tell the stories, imagine to be somewhere out in th wild...it´s getting dark...a little hut, rain drops on the roof, a glas of beverage in your hand and off you go!
Or whatever make you feel cozy and ready to chirp away :)
Being German I love stories, been raised with them. Entertainment for free. My grandmother was best at it, in the evenings when there was thunder and lightning...she could make Grimms´s fairytales really spooky!
Well, Sar, I'm not afraid of horses. I think there a lot of differences. Another similarity, though, we spent similar length tours with the USAF. Another difference: I tell my story.
Thanks, Monika. If I had enough imagination to turn my office at dawn into a hut at dusk, would I be telling true stories? Over time, I'll try to meet your teutonic standards. (Did I just see your DDR-ID?)
This reminds me of a time when I was doing a mission at the White House and got into a bit of a spat with a secret service person. They should bottle the fearlessness/stupidity of 20-year olds.
Jamie: No way. Sean Connery!!!!
I think this is great! I really like these stories! Very cool. It sounds like quite an adventure.
Lisa, a mission to the White House? Do tell. Yes bottle it and bury it at Yucca Mountain.
Weirsdo, no votes for Tim?
Thanks, Aral, you're kind.
Do you write down your story, and read it verbatim, or are you just rambling off of an outline? Just curious.
Thematically, you're moving in the right direction. But I still say you need sounds of some sort.
)+(
Gabriel, the first one I wrote and read. The second one I wrote and then used an outline. I did the next two this morning without writing anymore than the definitions. I think it goes better with less preparation, but let me know.
I have no idea what direction I'm moving in thematically, but I'm glad you approve.
I agree, but I'm so far from there right now. I actually tried doing the second one with Marty Robbins playing in the background but it distracted me. I don't even know where the mic is on my laptop or how to edit sound. I don't disagree but it'll be awhile. Right now I'm trying to just tell the story better.
I miss the singing. Good story. You know, you could STILL be in the federal pen somewhere if they had found you!
Yeah, right. Too late to suck up now. We still had a constitution back then.
