Enough
ENOUGH, pro. All there is in the world if you like it.
Enough is as good as a feast — for that matter Enougher's as good as a feast for the platter. —Arbely C. Strunk
2008 Update: A unit of charity as measured by philanthropists.
That's a mom's phrase. It's one I've used myself, especially on Taylor who tends to go a bit overboard on most things. You'll see what I mean on my next post. Tay asked if he could draw a quick tattoo on my back. After thirty minutes, I had him take a photo of the mural.
Enough: When I was about 10 or 11 years old and unwise in the laws of capacity, I did an experiment to see how much was "enough" for the family beagle Mandy. She was already fat, and was never satisfied after dinner, always snuffling around for more food. I found out later (after making many more bowls of dogfood for her) this was not a humane experiment. She didn't pop - but I know she could have! She finally did reach enough - but only after being nearly incapacitated by her swollen belly.
Sometimes I can't believe the items that trip off Icy's tongue ... um, re definition of enough, I'll add to TLP's: never enough product endorsement and never enough plastic surgery. xoxo

reminds me of a kids book
we read years back called
Just Enough Is Plenty...
ain't it though...
For some, nothing is ever enough. See Sarah Jessica Parker and Catherine Zeta-Jones doing commericals.
Don't they have enough money????
What I've had.
Enough, nothing to Adam's sons.
I spend my life trying to learn what is enough but I only what what is too much. :-)
When the Viagra pill wears off.
Translation: English to Hawaiian Pigeon
ENOUGH plenny [plenty]; choke
We have plenny barbecue [kalau pig].
We have choke barbecue [kalau pig].

Enough is enough!

Enough - the balance between too little and too much, and just before we put our thumb on the scale.
enough - An exclamation uttered after striking one's head on the same brick wall five times (although the duration differs from person to person).

Enough: 'Nuf said comes to mind.
..
Enough, and extremely subjective word really. I'm stricken dumb by it.
It's Tuesday?
JJ, too much, generally.
TLP, maybe its about love of products.
That kind of day, Weirsdo?
Ariel, that's funny. Keep dialing it in.
Hahahaha, Icy. You should avoid Master Tom's metamucil, too.
Quilly, that dialect practically demands a blog of it's own. Waking Izzy?
Mercy, JD!
Perfect, g. Want to add to it?
Poobah, the duration between the exclamation and the next whack of the cerebellum?
Terry, Willie is of a similar mind and belly.
Mireille, the two are kind of hand-in-glove, no?
Jim, you were a Marvel Man, too?
Not in Macondo, Actonbell. In that time zone it's still Monday.
Cooper, may as well be.
