Yes, Doug. Strongly suspected of harboring 19th-century vices like industry, thrift, and taciturnity.

Yankee - Damn Yankee - I don't know what those Yankees did, but in the south they are looked upon with great suspicion.

Boy, you're a big red machine.

Weirsdo, don't you just know they're guilty.

Icy, I wouldn't dream of it.

Haha, TLP. Was there any doubt?

Pia, that's funny. Do you see "We don't care how you did it up North" signs in the local businesses?

Ariel, have you seen our veil dance?

Amoeba, most midwesterners think we're not Yankees. I imagine so do Bostonians and those from Southern Maine.

Quilly, woudn't that be leg pullee?

JD, I think it was beating the Braves in the '99.

Sauerkraut, Dent was one of the Yankees I liked when he played, along with Willie Randolph and Thurman Munson.

Mutha, Darn right. Go White Sox!

Would you let me live if I did, Doug?

Doug - -a pulley is for moving heavy objects. What, exactly, are you implying?

sauerkraut said...

Thurman Munson.

Prolly the only yankee I ever liked.

Ariel, I'd have to check with the guild.

Does the pulley pull or get yanked, Quilldancer?

Sauerkraut, also the world's most popular redneck apart from Elvis and Woody Allen.
