EJECTION n.
A seat, the likes of which I would love to have in my car, that would remove nagging backseat (and side seat) drivers at the flick of a switch. The most recent one being 10 years old and deemed precocious and charming by her parent, until I pulled over and suggested they both walk.

Ejection: what can happen after all the injections, inspections,
detections, and neglections.

Good definition today Dougie.

if we could eject the combatants would there be peace, combatants probably have parachutes....Peace

No, Bear, there wouldn't. Combatants don't have parachutes, they have mothers, sisters and spouses handing out white feathers. So long as there is want and desire, there will be ejection (and attempted ejection). And no peace.

Your definition made me laugh.

"garrulity" - what the heck?
That's a new word to me.

Ejection from a cockpit would be an hitonious experience. One I hope never to have.

Icy keeps pointing the remote control at the cat and pressing the eject button.

You know what rhymes with ejection? Rejection.

As in "Uh-oh that is a huuuuuuge problem" and said manuscript is now a rejection and is then...a rejection which leads to one wanting an injection of copious amounts of alcohol.

Sigh. Damn it.

Like your update.
My favorite form of ejection is defenestration.

Amoeba, computer-enabled and elected have similar connotations.

Still waiting, Ariel.

Quilly, that's the dream of anyone with a passenger. Does OC have a parachute?

Thanks, TLP. I never fear your rejection.

Bear, I would worry a lot about using the parachutes the combatants are given.

Exactly, Amoeba.

JD, that's why I sit in coach.

Yeah, Actonbell. Sort of a scold's rush.

Icy, maybe you should try the garage door opener, instead.

Absolutely, Jim. I'm surprised there aren't more synonyms for garrulity. There should be millions.

Jenn, I thought it was sold.

Mine, too, Weirsdo. Just the fact that the word exists makes life worth living.

Doug it was sold-ish...until a big old problem cropped up that will take a few months to untangle. Crap.

So now it's unsold. Crap. Details will be coming soonish.

Bummer, Jenn. Sorry to hear.
